Filing requirements

- Specification (preferably in duplicate);
- Drawings A4:
- Formal on tracing cloth: 2 sets. Grace period: 3 months;
- Informal: 2 sets. Compulsory at filing at least one set informal.
- Power simply signed by applicant. Grace period: 3 months. No charge for late filing.
- Priority Document (if any). Grace period: 3 months.
- Declaration (Authorization) simply signed by investors. Notarized copy of original Assignment is also accepted. Grace period: 3 months. No charge for late filing.

Additional documents for PCT applications:
- PCT Request (copy);
- International Publication (copy);
- Amendments under art. 19, if any;
- Written opinion and response to the written opinion (if applicable).
- International Preliminary Examination Report
