Filing Requirements

- Power simply signed by applicant. Grace period: 3 months. No charge for late filing.
- 11 designs/photos (white/black or color) of max. 6 x 6 cm or multiples thereof.
On request can be prepared locally.
- A very short description of the Drawings revealing the ornamental or shape features only.
- Priority Document (if any). Grace period: 3 months.
- Assignment of the basic application (simple copy) if the Romanian applicant is
different from the priority applicant; or our Assignment form(simply signed).
Grace period: 3 months. No charge for late filing.
- Declaration in non-convention applications if the Romanian applicant is
not the inventor(s) or our Assignment form simply signed. Grace period: 3 months.
No charge for late filing.
- Declaration of creators(simply signed by the inventor(s)).Grace period: 3 months.
No charge for late filing.
